This policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a purchase made through kannadamaadi.com. KannadaMaadi is a digital product — all content is delivered online immediately upon payment. There are no physical goods, no shipping, and no returns.

Cancellations

Because access to course content is granted immediately upon payment, cancellation requests will only be considered if made within 3 days of the date of purchase, provided you have not accessed a significant portion of the paid content.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method via PhonePe.

Refund requests will not be entertained after 3 days of purchase, or if a significant portion of the paid content has been accessed.

Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you were charged due to a technical error or duplicate transaction, please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

No Returns

KannadaMaadi does not sell physical goods. There is nothing to return or exchange.

No Shipping

KannadaMaadi does not ship any physical goods. All content is delivered digitally through the Platform.
