This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable. It is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 and governs your use of kannadamaadi.com (the "Platform").

The Platform is operated by KannadaMaadi ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

The Service

KannadaMaadi provides an online audio-first Kannada learning course. Lessons 1–3 are free. Full access to all 21 lessons requires a one-time purchase. All content is delivered digitally — there are no physical goods.

Accounts

You must provide true, accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. One account per person; you may not share credentials or transfer access.

Payment

The full course is a one-time payment processed by PhonePe. By initiating a transaction you enter into a legally binding contract with us for the Services. You agree to pay the applicable charges.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or forbidden by these Terms or applicable Indian law. You may not share account credentials, reproduce course materials, or distribute content commercially. Course audio, dialogues, vocab, and quizzes are for personal use only.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including design, audio, text, and course materials — is proprietary to KannadaMaadi and licensed to us. You have no right to claim any intellectual property rights in its contents. Unauthorised use may lead to action under these Terms and applicable law.

Disclaimers

We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or suitability of course content for any specific purpose. The Platform is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about learning outcomes. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.

Indemnification

You shall indemnify and hold harmless KannadaMaadi and its officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or action — including reasonable attorney's fees — arising out of your breach of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or any violation of law or third-party rights.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event beyond reasonable control.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be modified at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.
